A six-day a week delivery service is provided throughout Scotland by means of a fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles. Within a ten-mile radius of the Aberdeen depot a seven-day service is available. These are dispatched in the early hours so as to ensure a morning delivery to all customers. Orders are placed through trained telesales personnel who are on call from 5am to midnight with an alternative 24 hour message service available. Apart from Sales Supervisors with a lifetime experience in the fruit trade, contact is maintained with customers by means of regular roadshows.
